Domestic shipping

Order processing time

  • Order processing time varies. You can expect your order to be processed 1-2 business days after your order is placed.
  • As a self-run shop, there may be delays at any time due to illness, vacation days, etc. You will be notified if this is the case.

Shipping methods

  • A variety of shipping options available at checkout.
  • We will utilizing one of the following services depending on delivery time and cost: USPS, UPS, or DHL
  • Shipping cost varies depending on location, package weight, and delivery time.
  • Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after your order is placed. As a self-run shop, there may be delays at any time due to illness, vacation days, etc. You will be notified if this is the case.

Shipping confirmation

  • Upon shipment, you will receive an email confirming shipment. You will also receive tracking information for your order.

 

    International shipping

    • Asho Designs ships to almost every country in the world.
    • We do not ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Cuba, Russia, Iran, North Korea, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, Myanmar, Syria.
    • International customers will be responsible for any duties or import taxes involved in the shipment of their order.

    Cancellations

    • Cancellations are accepted within the 24-hour period after your order is placed. Cancellations are not accepted after the 24-hour period.
    • You will be notified through email once your cancellation has been received.
    • Once the cancellation has been received, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
