Maggie Marshall Brand Design
Full brand design for Maggie Marshall, a Realtor based in South Carolina. For this project, I worked closely with the client to turn her vision into reality. Real Estate clients want to work with someone who is professional, loyal, and reliable, therefore we developed a design that conveys this message. The design is classic, elegant, and timeless, so that the client can use it for years to come.
The color palette incorporates colors that symbolize the client's core values, her personality, and coastal location.
The client wanted a subtle coastal feel to match the location of her business, so we incorporated coastal elements through the color palette and hand-drawn brand illustrations. The brand illustrations include a crab, palm tree, oyster shell, key, and door. These illustrations have a luxurious feel, pairing well with the logo. The illustrations can be used to enhance Maggie's social media feed and marketing materials.
For the business card design, we tied everything together to create a professional looking business card that potential clients won't want to throw out. The front features the circle logo with Maggie's initials "MM", and the phrase "Find Your True Home". The back side features all of Maggie's contact information as well as a QR code we created that links to her LinkTree page. A LinkTree page is one that hosts essential links for your business such as your website, social media, and additional contact info. QR codes are a great way to engage potential clients and help them learn more about your business. Finally, we included another logo variation that shows Maggie's full name, so that people know who she is and how to refer to her.
All brand designs include a thorough branding guidelines presentation that walks clients through each branding asset (logos, colors, fonts, illustrations, etc.), the design choices that were made, and how to apply each of these designs. These guidelines help make the brand implementation process as smooth and easy as possible for clients. They also help clients reach the full potential of their new brand design.
